Pizzas

Pizzas form an important part of most youngsters diets, and of the diets of those not so young as well.

It is important therefore to make them as interesting as possible, and no less importantly, easy to make, fast and tasty.

I will give you here some ideas of how I play with pizzas, but remember, the best thing about pizzas is that you can add your own favourite ingredients to them, so don't feel you have to use what I have used. The only thing I would say is, don't overload them. Moderation is the key to a great pizza, so pick carefully which of your favourite ingredients you want to use.

Sam-izzas

Not a Samosa, but not a pizza either, Sam-izzas are the best of both worlds.
