Sam-izzas

Well it's not really a Samosa, but then neither is it a Pizza. What it is, is really easy to make, fun, fast, cheap, and extremely tasty.

SAM-IZZAS

INGREDIENTS

2 wraps/mexican tortillas,

pizza-topping (see "TRICKS AND TECHNIQUES" page,

mixed cooked meats of your

choice,

slices of cheese of your choice,

grated cheese of your choice,

"flour-glue" (the stuff you made in school, just mix flour and water to get a thickish glue).

STEPS

1)Cut the meat into strips, and the cheese slices into halves.

2)Cut the wraps into halves, and paint the inside edge with the flour-glue.

3)Shape the wraps into cones.

4)Paint the inside of the cones with a liberal coating of pizza topping. Leave a border at the top of the cones untouched.

5)Fold two cheese slice halves into the cone, and press them against the sides.

6)Place the meat into the cone. You can add a drop of barbecue sauce to the meat if you like, but that is very much optional.

7)Fill the cone with grated cheese, leaving just enough room for you to press the edges of the cone together.

8)Paint one half of the inside edge of the cone, then close the cone, pressing firmly with your fingertips.

9)THAT'S IT, YOU NOW HAVE SAM-IZZAS!

10)For the best results, freeze these, then fry them on a low-med flame defrosting first. DO NOT fry these on a high flame, at best, the outside will be cooked but the inside will be raw, but in all likelihood you will burn the outside also. If you slow fry them, they will brown perfectly, and the filling will be fully cooked and the cheese creamy.
