Spicy Chicken Skewers


Really easy, simple, and tasty recipe for making spicy chicken skewers.

Preparation time is probably no more than 15 minutes, and cooking time, is what it takes you to fry them golden brown.

Fantastic with chips, and a fried egg, or on their own as a snack!

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken breast cut into strips,

Soya sauce,

sesame oil,

black pepper.

STEPS

1)Wind the chicken strips onto skewers.

2)Put a spoonful of sesame oil, a spoonful of soya sauce, and 1/2 a spoonful of black pepper, into a bowl and emulsion them (mix them together).

3)Place the skewers into a resealable bag, and pour the emulsion over them.

4)Place them in a fridge for at least a couple of hours, but it's best if you can leave them overnight.

5)Take the skewers out of the bag, and fry them on a low heat, in a little oil, until golden brown.

Brilliant as a snack, or with chips and a fried egg!
